Excellent image quality

The AXIS Q1726 offers 4 MP resolution at 60 frames per second and features a large 1/1.8-inch sensor that ensures consistent performance even in low-light conditions. In addition, thanks to Lightfinder 2.0 and Forensic WDR, it delivers true-to-life colors and the finest forensic details even in challenging lighting conditions or near-total darkness. Axis Zipstream, with support for AV1, H.264, and H.265, significantly reduces bandwidth and storage requirements. It is also available with a wide-angle lens (4.7–10 mm), which, with a horizontal field of view of 101.08–44°, is suitable for monitoring large, open areas. Furthermore, the built-in lens with remote zoom functionality is perfectly calibrated to save time and effort.

ARTPEC-9 for Unmatched Performance

ARTPEC-9 builds on the remarkable features and capabilities that defined earlier generations of our in-house developed System-on-Chip (SoC): low bitrate, AI-powered analytics, outstanding image quality, and built-in cybersecurity. It also introduces AV1, an open-source video coding standard from the Alliance for Open Media. With support for AV1 and enhanced image processing, ARTPEC-9 delivers high-quality video with uncompromised detail and clarity, as well as an industry-leading bitrate. When combined with Axis Zipstream, AV1 ensures seamless video recording both locally and in the cloud. Furthermore, ARTPEC-9 supports advanced analytics applications that detect objects earlier and analyze events with greater precision.

Powerful and Highly Secure

This AI-powered camera is equipped with a Deep Learning Processing Unit (DLPU), enabling you to run advanced features and powerful analytics directly in the camera. AXIS Object Analytics comes pre-installed to detect, classify, track, and count people, vehicles, and vehicle types. When AXIS Image Health Analytics is pre-installed, you’ll be notified if the image is obstructed, out of focus, underexposed, or if the field of view is blocked. AXIS Live Privacy Shield comes pre-installed to comply with privacy laws and regulations, offering AI-based dynamic masking so you can detect movements and activities while protecting people’s privacy. Axis Edge Vault, a hardware-based cybersecurity platform, protects the device and provides a secure FIPS 140-3 Level 3-certified key store as well as secure operations.
